In Storytailor, and “Active session” means your computer is currently using Storytailor. For many of you that will never happen — either you only ever use one computer, or you may switch back and forth from a laptop to a desktop computer, but never using both simultaneously. This is perfectly fine with us — you know your workflow and your optimal working settings.
But others of you may have a studio assistant or a studio team that all needs to be able to use Storytailor at the same time. That’s perfectly fine, too, but you’ll need to have multiple active sessions so your team can all stay online and keep the work going out. Adding a user to your account will require you to up your subscription level, which you can do on a monthly basis.
Head to our store page and add a user there, or launch Storytailor and add a user directly through the app.
