For most of you, Storytailor’s sign-in/sign-out model works just fine. You use Storytailor on your main computer, then when you hit the road or work remotely, you sign in on your laptop with no troubles. But many of you will need the ability to have members of your team using Storytailor at the same time. In this case, you’ll need to add another user.
This can be done in one of two ways.
MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES
One option is simply to set up a new user under a different email address than your original account, so they have their own sign in credentials. This would allow BigBoss@yourstudio.com to have uninterrupted use of Storytailor, even when BloggingTeam@yourstudio.com signs on to do some blogging for you. Set this up the same way you initiated your own account, by visiting StorytailorApps.com.
ONE EMAIL ADDRESS
But if you want to keep all accounts under a central email address, you can accomplish the same thing adding additional users under the same login.
